Charity Partners

As Rescue Me is about an abandoned puppy being rescued, I decided that I would like to raise some money for animal rescue charities.

In the run-up to Christmas, the organisations below will be Rescue Me charity partners. Anyone who orders using a charity partner code will get a 50p discount (per book) on the RRP of Rescue Me and 50p (per book) will be donated to the charity partner. Hopefully, I'll sell more books too - we all win :)

More Charity Partners will be added to this page in the coming weeks. If you are a charity interested in becoming a charity partner, please click here.

Hope Rescue Logo

Since 2005, Hope Rescue has been saving the lives of stray, abandoned and unwanted dogs that, through no fault of their own, need a second chance. They commit to take all the stray dogs from six Local Authorities in South Wales - Merthyr Tydfil, Torfaen, Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Vale of Glamorgan and Rhondda Cynin Taf - irrespective of their age, breed or medical condition. They also help owners in crisis who need to surrender their dogs, giving them peace of mind that their dogs will be rehomed responsibly.

Margaret Green Animal Rescue Logo

Margaret Green Animal Rescue takes in pets that have become homeless due to a change in circumstances, or that have been neglected, mistreated or abandoned. Regardless of their circumstance, each pet will find a warm bed, a kind team and all the love and respect they deserve awaiting them at Margaret Green Animal Rescue.

They pride themselves on the standard of care each rescue pet receives. As well as veterinary care, pets are prepared and rehabilitated ready for a new home. Most of the animals are vaccinated, microchipped, treated against worms and fleas and neutered before going to their new home.

Finding forever homes is at the very heart of what they do and there is no better feeling than knowing that they have found the perfect match. The rehoming process is designed specifically to help potential owners adopt a pet that fits in perfectly with their lives and loved ones.
